I specifically asked for an appointment to repair a dropped driver side window. The person taking the appointment did not let me know a tech would not be available for another 2 days. I dropped off on a Friday and had to DRIVE up on my motorcycle on Monday to find out the status because no one in service was picking up the phone. All messages said "get back to you in 24 hours due to call volume" Once there, I found out NOTHING was done to our WHEELCHAIR van, no tire rotation, no free 100 point inspection, no oil change. The 2nd star has to do with the service tech getting our van in to do the inspection and oil change, Not sure if the tire rotation was done. Then, to top it all off, the check out service tech was going to charge the curb rate when I had a Chrysler coupon for half the amount. If I didn't say anything, I highly doubt I would have gotten a retroaction credit. He seemed to be put out that I had to point out the coupon. I still have a transmission problem (which was on the list) that no techs were available and could not be determined when they could get to it. all the while, my wife who is a paraplegic was stranded at home, ill, and I had to get her to the hospital. I have to say I was pretty dissapointed. More
I give them a 5 star rating because of my service rep, Bill Hunter. Any dealer will get the job done, but it’s the service of the rep that sets them apart. My Dodge Ram Promaster has been nothing but problematic. The dealer seems to do the bare minimum. This dealership is one of the best I’ve visited. Today, I took my Jeep in for regular maintenance service but my Check Engine light was on. It was going to take longer. JR, my service rep took care of me an took my Jeep in for regular maintenance service but my Check Engine light was on. It was going to take longer. JR, my service rep took care of me and provided excellent customer service! He communicated well, keeping me well informed along the way and provided me with his contact information in case I needed it! The dealership wait area is clean, stocked with free coffee and plenty of seating and vending machine options! Everyone was professional and friendly. I felt like a VIP! And I noticed they treated everyone like this! More
