I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot and I knew it needed an oil change and other items needed to be done. Well they definitely did the oil change that’s for sure. But if they’re going to charge me ov needed an oil change and other items needed to be done. Well they definitely did the oil change that’s for sure. But if they’re going to charge me over $100 for just an oil change I would expect a proper inspection of my vehicle. I looked at my multi- point inspection and I saw a lot of gray areas that say “Not Applicable.” I’m pretty sure that Brakes,Tires, Battery, and Filters are Applicable for my vehicle. Which tells me that those items were not checked. I also asked them if there’s anything that my vehicle needs I would like to know. So far the only things that was marked checked was that the wiper blades are good and that the lights were working. Being as this was my first time at this dealer I left feeling that they didn’t even do the inspection at all and only recommend to do a 60K service base on my miles. I could have told them that. I’m just not sure if I want to come back. More

We bought the van at Bob Baker in Carlsbad because they had the color we wanted in stock. We needed some minor service work done and Bob Baker's service team could not be reached and would not respond to voicemails left there. I gave up on that and I'm enjoying incredibly professional responses and service at Kearny Mesa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ever since. More

I made this service appointment with the dealer I bought my Jeep from and also bought the pre-paid service package. I had used the Escondido and Mission Valley dealers for my prior services with great resul my Jeep from and also bought the pre-paid service package. I had used the Escondido and Mission Valley dealers for my prior services with great results. However, I was unsatisfied with Kearny Mesa Jeep on this appointment. First, it took almost three hours for this service (oil change ?? really). Next, they did not explain anything to me regarding the work performed (maybe because I'm female ??). Last, they do not do complimentary car wash with service like the other dealers. I thought because I bought my Jeep here I would get better service. Wrong. I will not come back here for service and will use another Jeep dealer. I could add more problems, but what's the point. More
