Wow!!! This dealership was Fantastic! I just wanted to give a quick review about our experience at Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet. I went through the Costco auto program my representative at the dealership was Jenni Kendall. Talk about a fantastic person who makes you feel like you are the only customer in the dealership. She was outstanding. Our salesman was Thomas Lopes. We were told it was Thomas's 1st day. I would have never guessed that. We had been to 4 other dealerships and I have to say this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Not only did we drive off with the car that we wanted but they went above and beyond at Jimmie Johnson to get us the lowest rate possible. Before we left the lot with our new car our salesman Thomas went over every inch of our new car and explained everything that we had in our new car. Thomas was so knowledgeable I have never been so impressed with a dealership or a salesman. I appreciated the fact that Jimmie Johnsons is hiring salesmen that know the products they are selling. We had stopped at Bob stall Chevrolet in La Mesa a few days earlier and the salesman did not know anything about the cars he was selling so we left that lot and made the appointment with Jimmie Johnsons, and Im glad we did. It was so refreshing that Thomas was so knowledgeable about all of their vehicles. We were able to ask him anything and he knew the answers. Purchasing a new vehicle is a huge thing for us and they understood that at Jimmie Johnsons. Everyone was checking in on us Tanya Charles and Brandon Danieli were the managers and even they were checking in on us while we were there. They were so busy on labor day weekend and still they all had time to make sure that we were happy. We had When I thought our experience couldn't get any better I got a call a few days later from the finance manager Amanda Magdolen she was looking over our contract and was able to get us an even better rate. I tell you this dealership went completely out of their was to make us happy and to make sure that we had the best deal possible. I haven't quit talking about it. This has never happened us. If I ever purchase another can I will go back there without hesitation. You owe it to yourself to check them out you wont be sorry that you did. More

Glenn Daley is a true professional! They are true to their word. We drove 2 1/2 hrs to buy this car and the whole time I kept saying are you sure this is going to happen, Glenn with no h They are true to their word. WOW!!!!! That was great customer service!!!!!!! Slava and Jenni are a great 1-2 punch. However, I wanted to make sure I had financing before things got to involved. Slava still made sure I had all the info that I was requesting and more. Once I knew my situation, I scheduled an appointment after work. Slava was still with a customer so the manager introduced me to Jenni. Jenni was just unbelievable. She made sure all my documents were completed in a timely manner. She took me on my test drive and helped me fall in love with my new car. Though I was very nervous both Slava and Jenni put me at ease and gave me true VIP service. Me VIP?! That's how they both made me feel. I can't wait for my first service. If they are half as good as Slava and Jenni, then I've found are great place to buy a car. When It's time to upgrade I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!! Thanks again to Slava and Jenni. Never been spoken to so rudely We were not dealt with in a respectful or courtious manner due a customer ready to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We came in knowing which truck we wanted to purchase. Had a great salesman in Gabriel C. but unfortunately Management (Brian Burgett) wasnt going to let him handle negotiations. When he found out we wanted to offer a lower price than the sticker, he became REALLY irritated and unprofessional, even telling us he didnt care that we had a sizable down payment, they would get paid wether or not we financed or paid cash. After being verbally beat up by this guy, we appologized to our first salesman and Brian shouted "Why are you appologizing??? "You SHOULD be sorry your letting a great deal go by"!! He stormed out and we left without the truck we came in ready to purchase. Very sad. More
