AMAZING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!! Be advised of the fact that I started my dealer contact with Joe Virachack. And of course, he was very professional, direct and on point. I got my 2017 Camaro from this dealership, and every time when I going to buy a car I feel not satisfied %100. But in Jimmie Johnson, I really felt I got exactly what I need with full satisfaction. Not only about the good discount that I got, but also they have a lot options for you and they gave me extra free services. I was so confused between all the Camaros and the options and packages. They have too many Camaros, and its hard to choose what you want. I really appreciate all the help from the best salesman Mr. Frank Torres. He was helpful and so patient with me. I'm sure I caused him a headache because I checked 5 Camaros and drove it (most of the cars in different places). I spent 4 hours with this guy and he never made me feel that he boredom or fatigue. I recommend everyone to visit this place even if you did not decide which car you going to buy, and you will satisfy. Don't forget, looking for Frank :) to help you there. Salesman great management not so much I purchased a new Chevy Colorado from Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet. I was working with Jay Buckley for the first part of the deal everything was great. Pa I purchased a new Chevy Colorado from Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet. I was working with Jay Buckley for the first part of the deal everything was great. Part way through the deal Jay introduced me to Frank Torres and asked if I minded if Frank helped with the rest of the deal, something to do with a competition. I had no problem Jay took the truck to be detailed and Frank sat with me to answer some questions I had while waiting to go into finance. While I was working with Frank a manager by the name of Mike Nevue came and told Frank to come with him now, about 5 minutes later Frank came back. He never said a word but I asked him if he lost my deal. He said he gave it up but not to worry he would finish helping me. My thing is something may have happened for him to lose the deal, but I should have never known but the way Mike Nevue came over and pulled Frank made it obvious something was wrong. This could have waited until I was in finance. I feel Mike Nevue was very unprofessional. GP More

Not a dealership to go to if you have questionable credit. My wife has purchased two prior vehicles from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. One in 2012 and another in 2014. On Monday November 7th my wife and I were at the dealership having her 2015 Chevy Malibu (with 30k miles on it) looked at for yet another issue (10th time in service for warranty repairs or recalls). While we were there, we decided to look at some of the used cars on the lot. A salesman approached us (James Bullock) and we began discussing some of the cars on the lot. He almost immediately told us about a 2015 Chevy Impala 2LT (fully loaded) that was available and on special for $21k. My wife took the car for a test drive and immediately began to like the car. We explained to Mr. Bullock that our credit was not great, but not horrible and that we were upside down on the Malibu (Owes $19k and trade in was estimated at $12k). He said he thought it could still be done, and we started the paperwork. After three hours at the dealership, a finance manager came out and tried to talk us in to a new 2016 Impala (stripped down 4cylinder) for $22k or another vehicle (small SUV). We explained that the Malibu that we have is nicer than both of those vehicles and that unless we could get into a much nicer Impala, we would just keep the Malibu. He stated he would put the numbers together on one of the loaded 2016 Impala's and either call or email us THAT DAY or the next. On Wednesday November 9th, after not hearing anything back from either the salesman or finance manager I contacted the dealership and was basically told that nothing could be done using the Malibu as a trade in because it added too much to the loan on a new vehicle. He asked to have a document faxed to him concerning a paid off loan, which was faxed directly to the dealership within hours (directly by the finance company). My wife and I discussed it and decided that in order to get her in to a new car, I would keep the Malibu and sell my car. I conveyed this to the salesman, and he said he would again work on this deal. On Friday November 11th, I texted the salesman to inquire at 1000hrs. I did not hear from him until 1800hrs. He replied that he was incredibly busy all day (he stated the busiest Friday in the 5 months he had worked at the dealership). He stated that he had not even had time to check on the fax that had been sent, and he said, "What I'd do if I were you is call 858-560-9008 and ask to speak to Joe Brommer") who is a sales manager. He further said that this man had "direct connection" to our finance manager who can get us approved possibly. I took this as, sorry its too much work for me, so contact a finance manager directly... I spoke to my wife briefly and we decided that we were done with Jimmy Johnson Chevy and that I would contact GM on Monday to register a complaint/comment. I replied to the salesman (James Bullock) and stated that I had never been so disappointed in a car dealership and that I would be contacting GM on Monday to register a complaint... Even after sending this text, I never heard back from him... There was no reply text, phone call or anything asking me what could be done to make this better. No attempt to change my opinion about the dealership. SO, on Monday November 14th I called GM Customer Service and registered a complaint and was issued a case number (8-251719****). I explained the situation to a Customer Care Representative named Delilah. She stated that she would contact the dealership and be back in contact with me early the next day. Within a couple hours I heard from The General Sales Manager at Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet (Tony Mancillas) who said that he would be working on this deal personally (if we wanted to continue) with the finance manager first thing in the morning and that he would get back to me ASAP. I did not hear from him until Tuesday afternoon at 1500. He stated that he had worked with GM Finance ONLY and that they would not approve the deal on the cars we were interested in. When I asked why he had only shopped the deal to GM, he stated that he would think someone with limited credit would want as few inquiries as possible on their credit report. (That he did this for OUR protection). At this point, my wife and I AGAIN decided that Jimmy Johnson would not get our business further. After some brief research we found that the statement about the number of hard inquiries was completely false. Credit reporting agencies will allow multiple hard inquiries within a 14 day period for automobile purchases without further credit score reduction or marks on the credit report. This has further been verified with another source... Quite frankly, they simply did not want to work on this deal. They are cherry picking the deals they work on, and apparently dont care to work on deals where potential customers have less than 700 credit scores. We are now working with another local Chevy dealership who has been perfectly up front and honest with us. We explained the entire situation, they have presented us with options and we will most likely end up with a 2017 Chevy Impala 1LT with almost ALL the options we had wanted. I would avoid this dealership completely if you are not a tier 1 credit customer... They simply wont work to help you. More

I recently took my truck to Jimmie Johnson for service regarding 2 recalls and another issue I needed to have diagnosed. The recalls were addressed. my other issues was not. IN FACT THE SERVICE MANAGER JIM REFUSED TO EVEN DIAGNOSE THE VEHICLE. He made the claim that modifications I made to the vehicle caused the issue without EVER DOING ANY diagnostics. I told him that I was paying for the diagnostics whether it would be covered under warranty or not. His answer was that he was not charging me because he did not want to touch the vehicle. I am 99% sure that this is against General Motors policy after speaking with multiple other dealerships who ALL stated that it is the responsibility of the dealership I purchased the vehicle from to fix it whether covered by warranty or not.
