It was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had, from internet in Just this week purchased a 2017 Trax SUV from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. It was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had, from internet inquiry, test drive, sales/buying, financing, etc. etc. This dealership treats customers like they are golden, and obviously looking to build a trusting relationship for years to come. Last year I had some significant repairs done to my 2001 Suburban, and had the very same experience with the service side of the house. I have purchased many new and used cars over my lifetime from dealerships, and my experience has ranged from usually bad to OK, with a few very good. My recent Jimmy Johnson experience was off the charts awesome. They are responsive, honest, knowledgable, focused on quality, and most important NOT high pressure; and they make the overall buying process and always dreaded paperwork as easy as it can be. In this age of information, it is usually easy to find a good price, but much harder to find a dealer that you fully trust from a sales and service standpoint. They were friendly, made conversation, answered our questions to the best of their ability and if they didn't know, they would go get us an answer, gave us a tour around the dealership, they were even presenting the features of the car, giving us details about it, Offered us water and popcorn, and kept us updated on the process. We're happy with the purchase. We wouldn't mind going back in the future if we plan on trading in one of our cars. Kearney Mesa area seems to have the cleanest car dealerships and better customer service compared to other dealerships we've been to. Thank you! More
