I expected some push-back because I was paying cash and didn't want any of the extras because I live a littler over an hour from the dealership...but got none of that. My husband and I set an appointment, and they had already moved the Enclave to where we could test drive it again if we wanted, The General Manager, John runs a good store. Nice, clean and very professional. Everyone there smiled and spoke to us the whole time. The whole process took just over an hour & Francisco was with us every step of the way. The Finance Manager, Ross was nice, detailed & not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend this dealership to ANYONE! More

Francisco met us in the lot shortly after we parked, and recognized my wife fr I stopped in this past Saturday 9/30/17 to look as new hybrid vehicles. Francisco met us in the lot shortly after we parked, and recognized my wife from just a few days earlier, when she was getting our car serviced and walking around the lot. Francisco was super helpful, and showed us what we wanted to see, never pushing us in a different direction trying to "sell" us something we didn't want. Once we found what we wanted, we started to work the deal and discussed our trade in. When we got some bad news about our trade in, he saw we were not happy. He then worked with Justin the Used Car Manager who really made us feel important and helped us out a ton. We then worked with Mike and Justin to put the deal together, and in just a matter of time we were signing the paperwork and driving off the lot in out new Malibu Hybrid. This is our second time purchasing a car from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet, and I am a forever customer. As long as I am in southern California, and in the market for a vehicle I will be shopping here. I would not go anywhere else, and this is due to the great people and the amazing customer service. More
