There was no pressure, no games, no ridiculous back and forth and I was very pleased with the service, process and especially price. For some context, I've purchased multiple high end European cars in the past and have negotiated dozens of deals for family and friends across mainstream and luxury brands. Lenny was incredibly friendly, accommodating and easy to work with from start to finish. Over the course of just one in-person meeting and test drive, a few messages and the final in-person transaction, he was low key and very helpful towards getting a deal I was happy with. Amanda (Business Manager) and Valerie (Finance) were very friendly as well. In fact, I was surprised to get a follow-up call just to check on my initial experience from Dennis and Veronica, which is something I expect from high end luxury dealers, not mainstream automaker dealers. If I can make one suggestion, it's that they offer a more reasonably priced option for one of the insurance products available from finance. Having negotiated on other Chevy's for friends, I was surprised of the cost and how close it was to my BMW's. Other than that, I highly recommend Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet for sales based on my experience. Hopefully service will be as impressive... thanks for a fantastic Chevy purchase experience! More
