Our dealership is committed to providing each guest a great vehicle shopping experience, however, it appears that your recent visit was less than perfect. Your feedback has been shared with our management team and we used this situation to review our processes. We take every opportunity as an opportunity to learn because we are committed to provide a better shopping experience for our guests every day. Our records indicate that there was an agreement on 8/5 to purchase a pre-owned Traverse with an understanding to finalize that purchase on 8/6. Our records do not show that a finance or purchase agreement was signed or any deposit left on the vehicle to secure it. On 8/6 per our dealership process, we call and confirm each scheduled appointment on the day the customer is scheduled to visit and we were not able to reach you via phone because it was not accepting calls on 8/6. We also did not receive any response to our emails that we sent on 8/6 and 8/7. All of our efforts to contact you went unanswered and in the interim we had another customer who came in and purchased the Traverse. To protect other interested buyers, we cannot hold any vehicle that is not secured either with a deposit or finalized sales agreement. In reference to the finance numbers that you are posting on your review, the dealership is not a lender but the loan originator. It is the lender that approves each loan and sets the loan rate, term, and the amount that they will loan to each individual customer. At times, due to a conditional approval, down payment is required. Every auto loan is unique and based on each situation, the amount due at signing may vary. The lender bases their decision on many factors such as the year of the vehicle, the make, model, trim, ,miles and of course the customer’s credit rating. Our goal is for all of our guests to have an excellent experience with each visit and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations and wish you success with your search.
