He was very transparent and told me every little thing he was doing on his computer. Ryan really helped me get the car of my dreams. Not to mention, he is very knowledgable. He went over all the features and perks the equinox had to offer so many times, just to make sure I knew them all. He called me a few days after or maybe a week after having my car just to check up on me and see if I had any question. He's incredible! I came in a couple times, each time with a different friend or family member, and he was just as nice to them and engaging with them, and that to me is a bonus and something I really appreciated. I cannot rave enough about how Ryan is truly the best sales person you can have. He truly made the experience of getting a new car even better. On Saturday, January 12, 2019, my co-worker and I came to Jimmie Johnson's Kearny Mesa Chevrolet Dealership. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car, let alone a new car. My co-worker stated that Jimmie Johnson Kearney Mesa Dealership is the best. Alfonso Molina-Cuellar was very welcoming, kind and patient. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Alfonso was such a pleasure. he went above and beyond service for my co-worker and I. She and talked about the great service we received from Alfonso. He's top notch and a stand up kind of guy!! Valery Tepitsky is a valuable asset to Jimmie Johnson's Kearny Mesa Chevrolet Dealership. She is smart, kind, personable, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in her duties. Valery greeted my co-worker and I at Alfonso's desk on Jan. 12, 2019. She made us feel at home and part of the Jimmie Johnson family. When we met in her office, Valery sold me on the idea of the point-to-point electrical coverage and Chevrolet warranty. Albeit I was very hesitant, but signed up. I only wanted to pay a certain amount for my car note each month. When I got home a few hours later, my dad told me to cancel the coverage and that I could get it covered through my insurance company. I came back the next day, Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019 to cancel. Valery being the top notch accountant that she is, really tried to convince me, but I simply couldn't afford the extra coverage over the next 7 years. Valery proceeded to redo the paper work, as requested. Then something really sad happened, I believe it was Valery's boss that came in her office and took the paperwork. I wish I knew his name. He was very rude. He didn't say or explain anything. I stated, why are you going with my paperwork. No response. I could sense he was upset. He shouldn't behave this way in front of paying customers. This almost ruined my experience with Jimmie Johnson Kearney Chevrolet Mesa Dealership. I know Mr. Jimmie Johnson worked hard to build a good name, great reputation and respect for his customers and employees. No customer should ever be made to feel as if they did something wrong and neither should an employee, especially in front of customers! Valery Teptiksy did an excellent job!! Please Note: It's only because of Valery Teptiksky's exemplary service and great attitude, along with Alfonso Molina-Cuellar's great customer service, that I even purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Malibu. They are the reasons why I will most definitely recommend Jimmie Johnson Kearney Mesa Chevrolet Dealership to my family and friends. More
