Service Tech guy helping me was possibly having a bad day, but his attitude was awful and basically said I was "free to take my business down the road". Well, thanks to Scott Barker, we left in a bad xxx fully loaded 2016 TLX, 4DR, V6, AWD, with a few extras added and purchased all out the door for $46K! Scott is honest, knowledgeable, patient and up front about everything! He answered questions before we even asked them! Funny thing is we never even considered Acura! I went thru quite a few before I finally found what I wanted and he was very patient with me. Anyone who can deal with that deserves an "A" for effort. After I found what I wanted everything went smoothly and effortlessly. The only gripe I have was that when the car was delivered all the windows had a very heavy film, probably from using a dirty towel that appears to have had some form of wax on it. I had to go over the windows with windex about three times before they cleared up. In all fairness---Not Scott's fault. More
