While waiting for a lower price on another used F150 in Madison, we stopped by Courtesy one evening just to take a look. Salesperson Michael Thieme greeted us instantly. He was fantastic and easy/direct to work with. By far and away the best car buying experience we've had... in fact it was fun. My wife used to work in finance at a local dealership and said he was the best she'd seen in terms of really helping the customer and being transparent. He bent over backwards to nail down a great deal, including our trade-in. We were very pleased, outstanding experience overall. More

We purchased a "gently used", low mileage Dodge Caravan and within 2.5 years had spent over $7,000 dollars in repairs. When we took it to a Dodge dealership for more repairs they found major damage caused by an accident the first owner had (we were told it had been in a "minor fender bender") We were assured the van had been thoroughly inspected and was in great working other. The staff at the Dodge dealership said there was absolutely "no way" it had been thoroughly inspected because there were "obvious and glaring problems" the vehicle sustained in the accident. The Dodge dealership (service center) took pictures, spoke with Ballweg, faxed and emailed Ballweg information (at Ballweg's request). I even went as far as to call the D.O.T in South Carolina to try and obtain an accident report from the accident. My calls to Ballweg were bounced around from person to person. "Let me have you talk to my manager", "I'll have the owner return your call"... Each time it was someone new and basically in the the end I was told, you bought a used car. That's the risk you take, s*** happens. More
My wife wanted a ford escape SEL with stone interior and red exterior with certain options. We looked at many local dealers and could not find what we wanted. I searched autotrader and still no luck. I then red exterior with certain options. We looked at many local dealers and could not find what we wanted. I searched autotrader and still no luck. I then went on Ford.com and did a dealer search and looked at there inventory. Finally I found exactly what my wife wanted on ballweg . I called the Internet sales person and she took my info on my trade and contact info. She called back within 5 minutes and gave me a Internet price on the escape and said they were very interested in my trade. I took the scenic 60 mile drive to Sauk City. I talked to Adam and Corey when I arrived. Corey took my car for a ride and I took the escape for a ride with Adam. Got back to the dealership and sat down with Corey and he offered me a very fair price for my trade. I was so glad that there was no games with a low offer. In a hour the paper work was done and I was driving home in a new Ford Escape. I picked up my wife at work and she could not believe I found exactly what she wanted. She is very pleased with the Escape. This is her first brand new vehicle . Thank you Corey and Adam and ballweg ford for quick great deal. More
We located our chosen vehicle, using Ford's "Certified Pre-owned" locator, after searching for many months, using CarSoup and AutoTrader, unsuccessfully. When I reached out to Ballweg Ford, we "Certified Pre-owned" locator, after searching for many months, using CarSoup and AutoTrader, unsuccessfully. When I reached out to Ballweg Ford, we were almost immediately contacted back by Internet salesperson, Dana Moe. I'd already spoken with more than a dozen people like Dana at other dealerships - and she blew them all away! Every question answered, or researched, and fast! After speaking with regular salesperson, Brian Larson, we made an arrangement to come down, a couple of days later, to view the vehicle, and potentially purchase it. (we live almost 3 hours from the dealership) Brian was objective, and his approach was truthful, and matter-of-fact. No b.s. - I really appreciate that. Between he and Sales Manager Corey Noltner, we came to a price, and a few minor touchups, to be done. They bought us lunch while the Service Dept finished up a quicky detailing of the vehicle, and they finished the paperwork. We were in, and out, including lunch, in just a touch over 2.5 hours. We got a good deal, on a good car, certified by Ford, and sold to us by people that care about their customers. They owed me a couple of items by mail, they came 3 days earlier than expected. We even got a hand written note from the owner of the dealership, Mrs. Ballweg. Old school service, indeed! I wish we lived closer, I'd be happy to tell my friends and neighbors to buy from Ballweg Ford. More
