Mr. Adam Morgan should have done a better job of informing me of the out of town purchase process!! He was not honest about my fees. I purchased my vehicle at Kayser Ford in Sauk City, WI, but I li informing me of the out of town purchase process!! He was not honest about my fees. I purchased my vehicle at Kayser Ford in Sauk City, WI, but I live in IL. So why did you make me pay a WI title fee?!?!? The state of IL needs a physical title in order to register any vehicle. Why didn’t you just give me the title to take to the IL DMV? Why are you double charging out of town buyers?!?! My 30 tag will expire before I can get this mess clarified. The WI title fee should be refunded!!!! I do not recommend this dealership. Money seems to be the goal not great customer service!!!! More
