I was reccomended to see Tim Freidag. My sister in law suggested my wife and I visit Tim and Kayser Ford. When my wife and I returned Adam went through the truck and showed us the truck options. My wife overheard from the "business managers" office that "they will have to wait, Jeff and I have our financing meeting" My wife and I were surprised at the comment. We both watched as these 2 men continued to speak in the office and my wife decided to reschedule a time to come back. Jeff was apologetic when we came back and made up for the other individual, which we later looked online at "meet the staff" Lee Decker was the individual that was arrogant and put his meeting first and not the customer. We would both recommend Tim Freidag, Adam Askey and Jeff H., Lee needs to go! More

Never before have I had the courtesy of not having to go through the BS of giving a deposit so the "BOSS" could approve the sale. It was just 2 men coming to an agreement and closing the deal on a hand shake. My only wish is that I was younger and Kayser was closer to Oak Creek. I can assure that had I had this experience earlier in life, I would have purchased several of my vehicles from Tim at Kayser.
