I am very disappointed to hear about the problems that you have encountered with attempting to schedule service, clearly our efforts to offer multiple ways to do so did not serve you as they were intended and for that I truly am sorry. I completely understand your frustration and I do want to offer to help and would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. We are extremely sorry that we cannot do more in this situation, Rory has been working through both the Factory and the Warranty company in hopes of finding a way to get you covered under the warranty. However, being that the truck and additional warranty was purchased used from another dealer we cannot speak to how that warranty was represented and what it would cover at your time of purchase. In most cases, any and all warranties will not cover wear and tear items (belts, hoses, brake pads, wiper blades, etc). While we have attempted to work through all avenues available to us at the Factory and even calling your selling dealer and warranty company on your behalf, we are unable to get the repairs covered under the warranty that was purchased though another dealer. We are certainly equipped and able to make the necessary repairs, however, we as a repair facility cannot cover the repair cost on behalf of the warranty company that is unwilling to.
