Kyle E is the best sevice manager at Kayser I bought my first Ford from Kayser in May 2013 and my second in December 2014. I bring both vehicles to the Quick Lane and Kyle E, the manager is the I bought my first Ford from Kayser in May 2013 and my second in December 2014. I bring both vehicles to the Quick Lane and Kyle E, the manager is the best service manager I have ever, ever had. I brought my 2013 Ford Focus in to the regular service center several times complaining about that transmission issue that we all now know was NOT my imagination and even Ford sent out a notice for a free service in regards to that issue this year. However, after several failed attempts to get problem diagnosed in 2013 and being told there was nothing wrong with my car by the regular service mechanics, Kyle found the problem. I complained to him during an oil change appointment about how unhappy I was and I was not imagining my car stalling out when I turned corners and guess what he did? He went out and talked to his techs and then found an engine leak, a small one, but an oil leak right into the clutch kit of my car that was making the car stall out and almost crash on me when I turned corners. Finally, the problem was solved and got repaired immediately. If it weren't for Kyle E, my life could have perpetually stayed in danger. His professionalism, kindness, willingness to listen, and customer service centered personality makes him one of your biggest assets. This is why. After I had a bad experience buying my 2nd car at Kayser last Christmas, I almost decided not to return to Kayser. Seeing Kyle several times over the past 10 months for oil changes and tire rotations is the reason I am returning to Kayser today to buy an SUV. Thanks Kyle for keeping your customers in house with your awesome customer service. Give this man a raise! More

The sales manager and staff were exceptionally good. I fully intended to buy my F150 near my home over 2 hours away. While my wife and I were in Madison we stopped to drive the style we were looking at as they had a much larger selection than any local dealership. We liked the sales staff so well I called them 2 days later just to see what price they would offer. I then asked a local dealer for their price on the same exact truck. That is what sealed the deal. The local dealership said they couldn't match the deal I was offered. They told me it wasn't possible. So we bought our truck at Kayser. In all we drove almost 10 hours and it was more than worth it. The delivery of the truck was professional and timely. I will shop first with Don Griffin and Rick Baxter at Kayser from now on. More

Exceeded expectations- great to work with, realistic pricing Background experience (Not Kayser)- I had watched 20 different 2014 expedition ELs for 3 weeks. Due to their pricing kayser was always in the top Background experience (Not Kayser)- I had watched 20 different 2014 expedition ELs for 3 weeks. Due to their pricing kayser was always in the top 5, but I was worried about the distance. While watching we had 1 good experience with a Peoria IL dealer but theirs sold before we could agree on a price, and 2 terrible experiences in springfield and Decatur IL. The Springfield dealer came to a loose agreement and then sold the expedition as we drove the 2 hours down to purchase it, with a 4 month old in the car. So we diverted to Decatur as the saleslady was making all sorts of promises they came to our price on one with 31k miles. We get to Decatur, the expedition had a flat tire, pop in the cup holders, and the salesman who was there increased the price, then calls us 6 times the next 2 days after we drove away. Kayser- Mr Freidag was straight with me. I was communicating with him for two weeks via email, he was polite, and told me realistically what they could sell the car for. After our horrible experiences locally we were nervous about driving the 7 hour round trip to Madison. He assured me, they would hold the car and not sell it out from under us, agreed to an exact number, and that it would be clean. HOLY COW it was like a new car! I had looked at 6 expeditions on lots and this one was by far the cleanest! We had saved up the money so I told them we just wanted to drive up, give them the check and come home. They were so nice. We rented a car so my wife and I could drive back together with the baby. We dropped it off at their dealership- they have an affiliation with enterprise so they took care of the rental for us. We looked the expedition over in a nice indoor showroom. they had the paperwork printed off and ready to go, and I think we drove away about 30 minutes later with a full tank of gas and enough time to go have a steak and salmon dinner by lake Mendota. Had I known they would be this terrific I would have bought it a week earlier. The service at Kayser was great, easy location off the beltline, accurate and realistic pricing. This expedition had 31k miles, other dealers were charging 10-15% more for Expeditions with 34k miles. Tim, Sam, Mike and the whole gang were great, nice, organized, and professional. Very very happy. More

From start to finish my experience gets nothing but 5 stars. Keith Norris was pleasant, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. There was no high pressure sales tactics, and I never once felt I was getting the "used car" treatment (my BS meter is set fairly high as I have worked in the industry and know when I am being played by a smarmy sales guy.) I also was quite impressed by the Finance Manager, Mike Belken. He explained my paperwork in a clear and concise manner. He was upfront and honest about the financing and he answered all of my questions in an easy to understand manner. A+ to both of these gentlemen... my first visit of any kind to Kayser Ford Lincoln and I would definitely visit again for future purchases, as well as service for my Ford Fusion. Thank you so much for making this such a painless and pleasant experience. More

Never Again This past May 2015 I was in the market for a new mustang.I had purchased my first one from Kayser in 2010 from Tim Freidag and had no problems. Howeve This past May 2015 I was in the market for a new mustang.I had purchased my first one from Kayser in 2010 from Tim Freidag and had no problems. However, when I went down to Kayser Ford to speak with Tim Friedag and Nick this time, They both blew me off. Tim claimed he was "busy" and Nick said he had another "Appt" coming in soon....they didn't bother to find a sales person or even call me back after I requested they do so "when they found the time" andI left upset and decided to go out to Middleton Ford instead. They however did not have the limited edition 2015 mustang in black as Kayser did so I reluctantly called Tim and Nick several times over a two week period with NO RETURN CALL to me. I finally went back to Kayser in person and was pretty angry about the whole situation of not being taken seriously (perhaps because they thought I didn't have the funds, or was female and wasn't serious about a new "muscle car"- I don't know the reason why they ignored me repeatedly but I told Nick that "it must be nice you all are doing so well you don't need to sell any more cars" and that "if they (Kayser) didn't want my money, I was sure another dealership would be happy to take it". At that point, I had gotten their attention and the sale was finalized a week later. My father, over the past two weeks was searching for a new car as well. He called Kayser multiple times and neither Nick nor Tim responded to him! My father ended up going down there in person as I did in May this year, to FORCE someone, anyone, to help him find the Ford Fusion he was looking for. When they finally responded they found the vehicle and color he wanted, they set up delivery for Saturday 7/26/2015 (yesterday). My father wasn't given but a TWO MINUTE run through of that new car. He was left with no knowledge of how to operate the touch screen, etc., as he is not used to these features on most current models. The sales persons including Nick told him "they didn't have time" to go over everything as "Saturday's are so busy with other customers"......This next part is to KAYSER FORD: When people come in or call you about a new car, you need to take care of THAT customer instead of that customer having to come to you, begging you to sell them or help them find a car.Once that car is located and paid for, you need to take the TIME to go over the features NO MATTER HOW BUSY YOU ARE WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS COMING IN- TAKE CARE OF THE ONES WHO HAVE ALREADY FORKED OUT THOUSANDS TO YOU!!!! My father and I spent over 75 grand at Kayser: mine, a 2015 Mustang and his, a 2015 Ford Fusion in the last two months and this is how you treat your customers???? NEVER AGAIN will I buy another car at Kayser or recommend someone else to. On a positive note about Kayser Ford: The Body shop folks and everyone back there are FANTASTIC. I highly recommend if you need any type of work done, that you get it done at Kayser's Body shop. High Quality, top notch work, very friendly and very helpful and they always, always, make time for you.....The ratings I am giving reflect Kayser's sales, not their Body shop or Service Dept.....
