The situation is always the same; some stingy, untrustworthy person who makes you feel like they're stealing your money. Right from the moment of meeting jeff, i knew things would be different this time. He was honest, trustworthy, and followed through with EVERY.SINGLE.THING. he said he would do. When financing and everything was final, jeff didn't start treating me like i no longer mattered because he had made a sale (this was my last experience at a local madison dealership-the worst!). He was seriously so awesome and followed through completely. like i've said over and over-this was just such a different experience. The car that i got also had to be brought in from a different dealership. Jeff was great at keeping me updated throughout the process and was even a bit excited about the vehicle himself. pretty rad. Mike did our financing and he was an absolute joy to work with also. Genuinely nice, funny, and FAST. He also knew the answers to all financing questions and made me feel incredibly comfortable with my first lease vs buy. i have no questions or curiosities. He covered things thoroughly, and like jeff, followed through. I am excited to share this experience with everyone i know. i will be sending anyone who wants a vehicle to these two team members of kayser. i am still in awe by how great this was. i didn't know a car buying experience could even be great. all the thanks in the world to Jeff and Mike! You guys are SO GREAT. More
Liar and Rude My wife and I live out of state, we called to verify the Explorer was in stock and the sales person said it was. I told the sales person we would pur My wife and I live out of state, we called to verify the Explorer was in stock and the sales person said it was. I told the sales person we would purchase if they could come down $600, he said he would have to speak with his manager and call me back. When he called back he told us that his manager said to come in We told the sales person we were financing with our credit union and Navy Federal sent us our letter and blank check. When we arrived, it all changed! My wife and I heard the Sales Manager say "if they drove 2 hours to get here, we don't have to discount it". We asked to speak with the Sales Manager, that's when we met Dave Cook. When we explained that we called ahead and discussed the discount, Dave Cook said "he made a mistake" if Dave Cook mad a mistake why should we have to pay for it? Dave Cook said he could possibly come down in price if we would fill out credit applications and finance with one of their lenders. We have 2.29% and he said he couldn't beat that rate. We feel bad for our sales person, we DID NOT purchase from Kayser because Dave Cook is a RUDE, LYING and ARROGANT person! More

Out steps Martin J. Bouska (Jay) asking if he could assist me. I told him that I was in the market for a used car and saw several that were on the lot. I explained what I was looking for. I ended up buying a 2016 Ford Fusion with low mileage. I really had not planned to buy the car right then. His great customer service skills, no pressure made me want to complete the sale right then. Wednesday is his normal day off, but he happened to be working. I felt lucky to be able to work with him. He is friendly without being pushy. More
Helpful staff with great selection & service! I traveled from Duluth, MN to visit the Madison area and decided to look at the local dealers while I was in the area (I was in the market for a new v I traveled from Duluth, MN to visit the Madison area and decided to look at the local dealers while I was in the area (I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been looking throughout MN). I viewed options online and scheduled a test drive at the dealership. I was treated with respect from start to finish. I bought a car the day of the test drive and was able to proceed through the paperwork problem free. Great service from the sales associate and the finance department. I have had my vehicle for nearly two months and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The Kayser Team went out of their way to mail me an owners manual for my vehicle free of charge as the previous owner must have kept it. Mike in Finance was extremely approachable and I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to pitch me "extra bells and whistles". Overall, my experience was hassle free and I left as a happy customer! More

Body Shop is poorly run. The service side of Kayser has always been pretty good. The body shop is a complete mess, however. I took my car to get some work done after my car The service side of Kayser has always been pretty good. The body shop is a complete mess, however. I took my car to get some work done after my car was driven into a ditch to avoid a deer. A small 'mom & pop' shop estimated it may take a small shop about a week and a half to do the necessary work. -Kayser said it would take them 3 weeks to finish the work. -It's now almost 4.5 weeks later, and they still haven't completed the work on my car. -In that entire time, I've always had to initiate the phone calls asking for an update on my car. -It seems that every time I call, nobody knows the status of my car - they always have to call me back. I usually end up waiting a few hours before I get the call back. -Every time they tell me they still aren't done with my car, they try to play it off and make jokes which seems very unprofessional - car issues are not usually something that people are in a joking mood about. -The guy I've talked to on the phone most has a name that starts with a G - though I can't remember if it's Greg or Gary. He's been making all sorts of jokes about when my car will be done - very unprofessional. -I went to the body shop in person one day to check on the status of my car, and nobody could figure out who knew most about the status of my car. Turns out the guy (Greg/Gary) was listening to the conversation I was having with Sheila, and he didn't say a word - and then left for the day before we realized it was him. -When I called them the day it was supposed to be done, they informed me that they just realized one of my headlights broke in the accident. While it's great they found the issue, the lack of attention to detail throughout the first 3 weeks of fixing my car is troublesome. -After the 3 weeks, they haven't been able to give me an accurate estimate of when my car would be completed - each time I call they just say "should be done tomorrow." However, I sit here 1.5 weeks later and it's still not done. -After they missed their 3 week commitment, I had to arm wrestle them to give me a rental car. A good, trustworthy shop would have offered one without a second thought. I won't be going back to Kayser for body work, that's for sure. More

Had no intentions of buying a vehicle the day we went looking, however, Daniel Mart First time Ford buyer at Kayser Ford and will definitely go back. Not like other dealerships were you are pushed into other cars that you don't want. I am also very please Mike got my loan with a credit union that will really help me with my credit, He also got me the mechanical repair contract and the gap insurance within the payments I was willing to make. I am very very happy. More
