Once we were back the communication with Bill was very clear and not pressured in anyway. He answered our questions and we left with the car. :) Mike worked on the paperwork side of things. We could make choices within our price range. (Not like some other places where they string you along to go outside your limits). When we walked inside, the first person to make eye contact with us was Dan. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We walked in expecting to buy a new car yet he was able to find the car we wanted, even though it was slightly used.
