A True Family Team I just picked up my F150 last night and cant say enough about the Kayser team, 4th truck and 3 cars. Tim Freidag and Nick Douglas are the two best salesman anyone could ask for. I got there a little before my appointment and they were taking care of other clients. While waiting for them to finish up with others Daniel Martin chatted with me like i was the only customer in the showroom.He made me feel like I was a Kayser family member. I cant say enough about the team here. Tim and Nick had me in and out of there in less than a hour. Could have been much sooner but they are such an easy group of guys to talk to. Everyone here is so knowledgeable of the vehicles they have inside and out. In less the 24 hours I was able to find what I wanted and drove out the door with my new truck. I can not say enough about the team here. I also would like to say when it came to doing all of the paper work Tony was very easy to work. If Tim and Nick would ever leave Kayser and go to another dealership I will buy my vehicle from those 2 guys no matter what brand they would sell. He was actually demo'ing the vehicle I went home with so the orientation to the vehicle made me feel very comfortable with the advanced technology. My overall experience rating was a 10/10.
