Poor Communication and not willing to deal This is intended for the Used Car Sales Dept only. After being customers for Kayser Ford in both Sales and Service for over 20 yrs we are in the mark This is intended for the Used Car Sales Dept only. After being customers for Kayser Ford in both Sales and Service for over 20 yrs we are in the market for a 2014 or newer Ford Edge Sel Awd. Kayser had a few so i thought i would inquire on line. Even though being sales customers for over 20 yrs with these guys and knowing the Ceo's Family on a professional basis they REFUSED to deal with us on an Edge and wouldnt even dicker on price and mostly my emails went ingored. Sorry to say it but Loyalty and thousands of $ we have spend in previous sales and service doesnt seem to matter. Needless to say we are looking at other Local Ford Dealerships to purchase an Edge and possibly future vehicles(we are running 5 currently) and they are all serviced at the Service Dept which is top notch. You lost out big time here guys on long term customers More

He did not try to pressure us into more expensive options. Since Kayser's used car prices were already priced below market values it was refreshing to know we would not need to negotiate prices. We noticed a chip in the windshield of the car we were about to purchase and Keith arranged for a replacement at Kaysers expense. We were offered a fair price on our trade and Vik made the financial closing quick and painless. Both were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. As we walked out the door two other sales men told us congratulations and to enjoy our new car. Such a refreshing experience. The employees are not at cut throat as other dealerships and were very respectful. More

Easy buying experience I arrived in my loud, rusty vehicle. Keith Norris was outside as I walked up. I said I am looking for a hatchback, under $8000 with less than 110,00 I arrived in my loud, rusty vehicle. Keith Norris was outside as I walked up. After enjoying a test drive in one, as I walked to the office, I saw a white Prius parked there with no info on the window and I asked Keith about it. It had just arrived from detail.
