We had just been deceived by two of Russ Darrow's dealerships and Rosen Nissan which claimed they had vehicles that they didn't have. They claimed to have these vehicles just to get us in there. We stumbled into Kayser and met Vik, who has professional, upfront, and genuine. He was not pushy and we test drove several vehicles before purchasing a 2013 Chevy Sonic. Vik made the experience almost effortless after a very tedious day. I think we purchased a great vehicle and I would recommend this place to others. Thanks Vik. More

5 month later and I'm having problems I would not buy a car from them ever again. I purchased a three year old vehicle for about $20,000. I was told that everything on the car was in good I would not buy a car from them ever again. I purchased a three year old vehicle for about $20,000. I was told that everything on the car was in good working order, and even bought an aftermarket warranty. Brought the vehicle in 5 months later for an oil change just to be told the rotors are at critical level and need to be replaced. So, the rotors were below 20% of their life expectancy when I bought the car. When I called and spoke to a manager he offered a free oil change in the future. I will not be servicing the vehicle there ever again More

What I was expecting was for the dealer to bring out the smoke and mirrors the minute we started talking numbers. What I received was the complete opposite. The numbers they advertised were 100% accurate. Actually, they found additional discounts we were qualified for. ($1500) Victoria was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very attentive, and at no time did we feel pressured. She actually offered to come in on her day off to deliver the car. Special thanks to Josh Cherny for a great finance experience also. We had such a great experience on the 2017 Escape purchase that the next day we again made a trip from Rockford to Madison to purchase a 2017 Explorer Sport. Day 3 I brought my sister from Rockford to purchase a 2017 Explorer XLT. I will honestly say the 3 vehicle purchases with Victoria and the whole Kayser Ford team we’re the best of my lifetime.
