The no haggle pricing made the buying experience a much lower pressure situation. Our salesman was Dennis Balczewski and he could not have been more accommodating. He explained Kayser's pricing model and Kayser's 3 day money back guaranty on used car sales. He encouraged us to have our mechanic evaluate our potential purchase. We passed initially, and went ahead with the purchase. After the purchase, we heard a slight noise in the steering that we had not detected before. We took the car to our mechanic who suggested a possible problem in the rack in pinion steering. Though the steering noise was very subtle, Kayser readily agreed to have their mechanics look at the problem and subsequently replaced the rack in pinion without any additional charge. If we had purchased elsewhere, I think that we would have been stuck with the problem. Everyone we dealt with at Kayser was extremely helpful during the entire process including the people at the Quicklane service center who removed a screw that we found in the tire of our other car, without charge, when we arrived to pick up our new purchase. If you are paying anything above market value for a car from Kayser, I think that you are getting your money's worth in exceptional service, reputation and warranty. We will surely start our next used car search at Kayser. More

Disappointed I had read a lot previous to my purchase at Kayser about all the great things there, but unfortunately I did not have that experience. A couple small details that really ruined it for me...others talked about not feeling pressured during the process, but during financing I felt like warranty packages were pushed on us until I finally agreed. Also, this might be on me, but after buying the vehicle, I was told there was only one set of keys. I'm sure I should have asked beforehand, but it felt very deceptive and crooked that I was told there was only one set of keys until I had signed all the paperwork and was heading out the door. More
