Love my car! I did a lot of research before I decided on the MKT. I drive a great deal and travel with my 2 dogs so I needed a lot of cargo space. Last summer I was looking for a car, and trying to decide among a wide variety of types and makes of cars. Honestly, really everyone at Kayser was very helpful, professional, and low-pressure (especially compared with dealers of other makes), but Victoria was especially outstanding. I eventually narrowed my search down to a Focus Hatchback, but was still trying to decide between a new versus used model, as well as trim options. Victoria was very patient with me, doing significant research into available cars, and I test-drove many cars. I am super happy with my eventual purchase, and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I would recommend Kayser Ford Lincoln, and Victoria in particular, to anyone. More
