Wonderful Experince I recently was in Madison Wisconsin for cattle show and swung by the dealer to look at the inventory, to my surprise the dealer had the perfect Ford F I recently was in Madison Wisconsin for cattle show and swung by the dealer to look at the inventory, to my surprise the dealer had the perfect Ford F250 for me. Working with the sales associated, she could provide me with excellent pricing for both the new vehicle and my used Ford F250. I was ready to make a deal with her, but I had one request that need to be met by Thursday evening, that was to have a B&W hide-away hitch installed and the bed lining completed. I intended to drive this new vehicle home on Friday pulling my 20' cattle trailer back to Maryland. Sale Manager step in to assist and by Wednesday morning, he assured me the equipment would be ready for me by the requested date. I returned on Friday to review my new truck and make sure everything was in order, the truck was setup perfect and as I expected. We switched out my old truck with the new and hooked up my cattle trailer in the parking lot to assure everything was perfect. In all my years with dealing with different companies, this company far exceeded by expectations, I could not be any happier with the personal service and professionalisms of this dealership. Both Beatriz, Nick and Mike where some of the best sales and management staff I have had to pleasure to work with in several years. If I need another truck in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again and make the long drive from Maryland to Madison have them provide me service again!!! More
