Used car purchase I wish to thank Justin of the used car department and Fran who worked on the loan and other paperwork, We had just come from another car lot where we I wish to thank Justin of the used car department and Fran who worked on the loan and other paperwork, We had just come from another car lot where we thought we were going to get our car appraised and work on the deal for an equinox. Only to find out the vehicle was sold, My daughter was heartbroken. we then drove around and luckily went to Kayser Ford and met Justin. He helped us locate a couple of options and set us up to test drive two of them My daughter was happy once again and it was due to Justin...….. Working with him was superb. Best deal ever I started doing my search for a new car and stop at several dealerships, I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay but it was time consuming I started doing my search for a new car and stop at several dealerships, I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay but it was time consuming and most of the time disappointing to see what they offer. In my last hope to find something decent I stop at Kayser Ford and it literally took me 10 minutes to give Alfred all the information he needed to find the perfect fit, I went back next day and he already run the numbers and had a car ready for me to drive. The car was above and beyond all my expectations, I can’t thank Alfred anough for such a beautiful, elegant car, without the headache and pressure I had to deal with the other dealerships. This was an easy transition, the sales manager Mike and Alfred where very professional and accountable .. Love love my Lincoln SUV More
