Ford Escape purchase Although it has been 2 years since we bought a brand new Ford Escape. We were very pleased with Kayser and their sales staff during our purchase process. To include the vehicle orientation when we picked up the vehicle. From then till this last week 11/26/18 we have had no maintenance issues other then routine pm's at Kayser's Quick Lane. Again the service at the Quick Lane has been nothing less then "outstanding" as well. We have had our Escape serviced 9 times at 5000 mile intervals. More

I was given a loaner to drive for arrands with NO questions asked as in the past at other dealerships I have been told none were available and I would need to wait.
