Ford Escape purchase Although it has been 2 years since we bought a brand new Ford Escape. We were very pleased with Kayser and their sales staff during our purchase proce Although it has been 2 years since we bought a brand new Ford Escape. We were very pleased with Kayser and their sales staff during our purchase process. To include the vehicle orientation when we picked up the vehicle. From then till this last week 11/26/18 we have had no maintenance issues other then routine pm's at Kayser's Quick Lane. Again the service at the Quick Lane has been nothing less then "outstanding" as well. We have had our Escape serviced 9 times at 5000 mile intervals. More

Fast Efficent Service I 'm driving the 2nd Ford Edge that I've purchased from Kayser Ford (Rick Baxter) and I've had all of my service preformed at Kayser's. My first Lincoln service appointment I have been at other dealers in the past for service. Have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism! This is the first Lincoln I have ow I have been at other dealers in the past for service. Have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism! This is the first Lincoln I have owned and I felt like I was there for something other than an oil change....wow great service and very prompt. I was given a loaner to drive for arrands with NO questions asked as in the past at other dealerships I have been told none were available and I would need to wait. Needless to say my next service appointment will be made through Kayser with the ease of the Lincoln app! Love my Lincoln ?? More
