I went with the Explorer because Zach was informative, pleasant to be around, and extremely helpful during each step of the process! His knowledge of all the gadgets inside the Explorer was also helpful to both me and my wife. Victor in Finance was also great to work with as he was fast and very nice to chat with. Terrible service from both Quick Lane and Kayser management My new tires were unable to be rotated on my car as the mechanic (unsure of his name) used the wrong size wrench to remove the metric lug nuts. I took My new tires were unable to be rotated on my car as the mechanic (unsure of his name) used the wrong size wrench to remove the metric lug nuts. I took my car to another mechanic at a different garage to fix. I was told how this happened and went back to Kayser's management to complain and they were unhelpful. I reached out to management again and was ignored. At Quick Lane, it is on a first come service basis, but 2 people who came in after me were taken care of before my car. More
