Snubbed on on Older Vehicle Bodywork After being a long term customer of this dealership(20 plus yrs) i have an older vehicle that needed some rust repair so i went in for an estimate. Needless to say the rep that i attempted to get the estimate from told he he would email me the estimate for the work i needed done. NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!! I think because my vehicle is 15 yrs old and wasnt a big insurance money maker they didnt want to bother.. Not everyone can afford a new vehicle for 40k or more. Very disappointed in the way Kayser has chosen to do business in both their sales and collision center the past 10 yrs or so, we have spend literally thousands of dollars with them to keep things up, We dont do business anymore with them except for their service dept More
