"Service with a Smile" My Ford Edge was in a heated garage and wouldn't start, so I got a jump start and drove it to Kayser's. I didn't want to turn off my vehicle, so I dr My Ford Edge was in a heated garage and wouldn't start, so I got a jump start and drove it to Kayser's. I didn't want to turn off my vehicle, so I drove it into the service bay. Service manager said they wouldn't be able to get at it that day, but I could leave my vehicle. That wasn't an option for me, So I drove it over to the Quick Lane Service garage and explained my issue. That's when the Magic happened, Alex said we'll check your battery right away. Long story short, she was able to install a new battery (No Charge) and I was on my way. More

Trash. Just sloppy over all with the the oil change, fluids, tires.they didn’t even top off my fluids and called then out on it right after. While I was waiting I went into sales side after explaining to the salesman I had 8k either for a down payment or to pay off current car and for a trade in his “sales manager” mike came in with an attitude telling me based off my credit report i wouldn’t Ever pay it off, even though I have the money. Like whattttt I know they are just car salesman with not much education but wow. Take your business else where. Place is trash. Nolan was cool, hopefully he goes to more reputable place. More
