Excelent car buying experience We decided on the Lincoln MKZ after seeing it at the auto show. We decided on a 2018 as the deals were very good and the Reserve package on the 2018' We decided on the Lincoln MKZ after seeing it at the auto show. We decided on a 2018 as the deals were very good and the Reserve package on the 2018's was better than the Reserve I on a 2019. My wife really liked the Rhapsody Blue color and we found on line that Kayser had one at the dealership. I reached out on line to find out if it was still available and what the pricing would be. Monica Morales got right back to me with pricing and availability and even sent a picture of the actual car in the show room. Monica quickly responded to every request we had and handled everything from getting the financing application to me to providing trade in information on our existing car making the purchase an absolute pleasure. I showed up to pick up the car and she got my trade in looked at and got me over to Vik in financing, the whole process was seamless and couldn't have been any easier or more convenient. Once we were all done Monica helped set up the Lincoln way app on my phone with the assistance of Alfred, then Monica walked me through all the features on the MKZ and in no time I was on my way. Honestly the whole car buying experience could not have been any better, I would recommend the team at Kayser to anyone looking for a great car buying experience and I would certainly buy another car from Kayser, and I live in Illinois, two hours from Madison.
