He communicated with me back and forth via email and phone during the week in order to gather the information I needed on the vehicle. He always returned my calls in a timely manner. I'm a researcher! Dennis also held the vehicle for us while we took the 2 hour drive to the dealership. The vehicle was washed and the tank was full for us to test drive. Both him and Tony were great guys - like old family friends. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Recall Service to Replace Airbag I received excellent service for the airbag recall. I received a notification and called the dealership. I was told that they would need to order the part, it would probably take more than a week to receive it and they would call when it came in. They called back about 10 days later and I set up an appointment. I was told the repair could take as long as 3 hours and it was completed in 2.5 hrs. More
The best at their craft I’ve had lots of experiences with other dealerships that take multiple trips to diagnose or even find issues. The worst words a client can hear are, “we weren’t able to recreate the problem.” Not at Kayser Ford. This is my second visit to this dealership for service - I shifted from another shop both because I moved and it’s closer to my new home and because I was frustrated with unresolved issues at the other shop. Kayser’s been able to diagnose and address all of my concerns promptly and professionally. More

I stopped at Kayser Ford- Quick Service to have them check it. They did, nothing was wrong, the battery was fine. They thought it probably was re-booting. Both the service mechanic and manager were polite and friendly. They didn't charge me for the service. In this day and age where everything costs, it was good to have something done as a service with no cost. I have used their service department before and they are all very commendable. More

Found my exact car I was leasing a different brand of car and wanted to get a new 2019 Ford Taurus at the end of the current lease, which was April 10, 2019. I talked to Rick Baxter in December 2018 and we agreed on the specs. I have a winter home in Florida and went there in late December. In January 2019 I sent Rick an e-mail asking him to order the Ford Taurus with the specs I wanted so it would arrive by April 10th. Well, Ford had already shut off new orders for the Taurus. Rick hustled around and found a couple of choices on other dealer lots which were nearly identical to the specs I requested. He called and let me know what options were available. We agreed on one and he got it from the other dealer and held it there at Kayser for me until I returned in April. I really appreciated the way he stepped up to find the vehicle for me. He did a great job going over the features of the new car when I came to pick up. Thanks Rick. More
