Fair and Honest I returned to Kayser Service for a review of a previous repair that I was not satisfied with. The repair needed to be re-done after 2000 miles and 24 I returned to Kayser Service for a review of a previous repair that I was not satisfied with. The repair needed to be re-done after 2000 miles and 24 months! My car is a collector car that I use only on occasion in the summer. No argument, no question; re-done at no charge AND the original work was over $1400. This is the reason that I have purchased 12 cars from this dealer and have them serviced NO PLACE else. More

Very happy with my Quick Lane experience. It was not busy. The service was wonderful! Staff called me to ask about additional work (was way too early so I opted out). They also recommended a new filter and explained the advantages of getting it replaced.... and I approved. They texted me couple of times to keep me informed of time lines... I was very happy with their work! I don't recall the name of the desk staff at Quick Lane or the 2-3 that did the work (was not introduced) More
