My sales person, Dennis Balczewski, was very outgoing and engaging with me as a person.He took the time to get to know my needs and wants in a new vehicle. He made some great suggestions and showed me several options that would fit into my financial comfort level. I never felt pressured or rushed by Dennis - but was well informed by him of the pluses and minuses of the various options. After a little looking and comparing my various options, I was able to find the "perfect vehicle". Thanks Dennis! While the "finance" portion of purchasing a vehicle is usually a lot of dry, hard to understand and boring paperwork, Bob Parry was also a pleasure to work with. He actually made the process fun and virtually painless while taking the time to answer the many questions. Bob was able to make my preferred financing option work out just the way I had needed it to - after a major change in how we thought I was going to do it. Many thanks to Mike Belkin (Sales Manager) for his insight in assisting in finding the best financing deals available. Before leaving the dealership, Dennis showed me the new features on my new MKC and asked if there was anything else that I would like to be shown. He then introduced me to Nick Douglas who was very helpful in setting up the Lincoln Way App on my phone and to my new vehicle.
