I generally loathe shopping for vehicles - I find myself planning my escape as soon as the cliche pressure lingo starts - but I never had to deploy my exit strategy with Glen at Kayser. Glen was helpful and informative every step of the process, from his initial greeting to the moment that I told him that I just wasn't ready to make a decision yet. When we ultimately purchased the truck we wanted, there were no surprises, no hidden fees or charges, and no xx - just a good deal on a good truck.
