This dealer ship is the way all dealerships should handle customer service. They went above and beyond to make things correct with my repairs needed. They are at the top of my list in the near future for all customer service. They went above and beyond to make things correct with my repairs needed. I purchased the truck from them, and previous service has gone well. This visit had a few hang-ups that caused some delays and issues. There were several issues including: For the first time ever the diagnostic fee (charged if you don't have the work done) was left on the bill after over 1700 of service. When they called with the original list of issues, they listed three items and costs; these 3 items and the diagnostic fee came in almost 250 short of what they billed me later. Finally, my original complaint/issue of a overheating front wheel, which should first be assumed to be a caliper, was missed. They finished up and returned the vehicle and it nearly caught fire from the same wheel after I drove home. (Fifteen minutes of running cold water on the wheel before it finally stopped smoking). It was returned and they then replaced the faulty caliper. My next issue was when I called in due to the smoking wheel. The first words out of the service coordinators mouth were to deflect ANY blame. This angered me, and I chastised her for not even considering any responsibility on the part of the service department. Finally, I had to escalate the discussion with the service manager, as she didn't want to replace the overheated rotor and brake pads - they were burned, and the steel temper changed by glowing that red hot. She declined because "they are working, so we can't replace them as a warranty problem." I suggested she talk with the dealership management, as I felt it was more of a liability issue then a warranty issue. She called back to inform me the general consensus was that the rotor and pads should, in fact, be replaced. They need to take responsibility when a problem is missed. And they should have assured that my primary complaint was, indeed, corrected the first time around. More
Glen was ok to deal in sales with at the time. The rest was a joke and a long hassle that coast my wife and I a lot of time and money. The Manager Jim needs a New Job. Then the sales Manager Miche The rest was a joke and a long hassle that coast my wife and I a lot of time and money. The Manager Jim needs a New Job. Then the sales Manager Michelle may have been the women that started more of the trouble along with Scott. Over a four month nightmare and I paid cash. Once they received my money it was the xxxx with me. Over four months to get a title that they said they had already at time of sale. Took a nine thousand dollar loss and traded the car in and bought a new one out of state. Jim was total xxxxxxxxx. Would never get back to me about a new one or any car I told him about at another Dealer. If I called there after they received my money I would get yelled at or told Jim was not here. Get in my car drive less then a mile over there and he would be sitting at desk. Total lack of communication. Like I said once they received my cash they would be rude and or just blow you off with lies. Told Jim about many other cars out of state and he would say once in a great while that he could not get ahold of that Manager at that Dealership. I never had a problem getting ahold of any Manager anywhere. Just plan out lie to you and blow you off. I really thought he was there to help sell cars even if he had to deal with a Dealer that had a car I was interested in at another Dealership. Five cars in three months he could not get ahold of the Dealer. Bull. He cost me to loose deals waiting on him to blow me off and give me Bull. Could not get my money back for car even after many stories about the title. Over four months I paid insurance on a car I had no title for. More
