He was able to answer every question and was patient while I gradually figured out what I wanted to buy and what I could afford. I did a lot of research and wanted to buy locally rather than travel to get a car. My dream car was a new 2019 Dodge Challenger in blue. While they didn't have this car on the lot, Frank was able to help acquire an exact model with all the features I wanted from another dealer. The price was reasonable given the specs and features/upgrades. I felt that Frank genuinely loved these kind of cars and was enthusiastic about helping me to find the right one. The actual sales process wasn't bad at all, easier and quicker than expected. Since I knew I wanted to have most of my mind made up before I even stepped foot on the premises, it was mostly just paperwork after that. I didn't have to wait long to get the car, only a few days once I committed to it. The guy in the sales office managed to talk me into getting a special service plan, which I hadn't really anticipated but it seemed like a good option considering how modern and computerized these new cars are. I felt less at ease with him because I hadn't spent any time getting to know him, and had developed more trust with Frank. But overall the process was quite quick and I was pretty much done within an hour. Feasting eyes upon the new car was a delight, better than expected and quite impressive. I'm glad I spent some extra to get the upgrades I wanted rather than settle for a lesser model. I also glad that Frank was able to be the one to help me at the end to get me ready to drive away in my new car. Since then everything's been smooth and super-cool. I love the new car and feel really blessed every day to have been able to enjoy it so much. I was never really into cars at all but all of a sudden I'm into it just because I put so much into choosing it, and because it's such a cool car. I'm turning heads and getting complements! I recommend working with Kayser, they're a friendly bunch. Frank is down to earth and a genuinely nice guy to work with. More
