Buyer Beware - Read All Reviews And Take them Seriously We had read reviews, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. We even disregarded a review of a past employer who warned of questionable service practices. If you are trying to achieve a family goal and want someone you can trust DO NOT go here. Multiple issues: 1) when we requested information, some of our questions were dismissed as if Kayser couldn't believe we were asking them. 2) Kayser did not work with us on price, despite us pointing out things that did turn out, required additional work and money. 3) meeting everyone and test driving went smooth...but once we signed on the dotted line, wow did the issues begin. 4) hours after leaving the parking lot on a Friday, the check engine light went off. We ran a scanner on it and contacted Kayser with the code. They looked up the code, said it would take 2-3 hours to resolve. Kayser asked us to drive back the 1 1/2 hour trip that following Monday for resolution. That weekend we decided to take a closer look at the vehicle and found an electrical issue, where the passenger window works intermittently and learned that the vehicle Nav/Radio was glitchy. We bring that to their attention, as they lied about updating the maps/nav system when we had purchased the vehicle. Uconnect advised to perform an update (similar to what we have successfully done in the past with our Chrysler minivan that we purchased elsewhere) upon doing the update the Navigation/Radio system goes into a update loop rendering one of the selling features of the vehicle useless, the Nav/Radio, AC Controls & Backup Camera no longer worked. After further research, it turns out that it is a known issue by Chrysler and Uconnect for this Nav System Model/Version. You would think it was one of the things that Kayser would have inspected when they received the vehicle or before adding the selling points associated with the Nav/Radio system/Backup Camera on their website. They did not. So we give them the benefit of the doubt and send them a detail email with all issues found, before arriving for our service. When we arrive on Monday, Kayser simply runs the scanner (which we had already done and had already provided the code) and tell us that the part for this code would arrive in 48 hours (so now we have to drive 1 1/2 hours back home, 1 1/2 hours back to the dealership on a different day and 1 1/2 hours back home after they perform the 3 hour fix.) 5) service did not even offer a loaner vehicle, until the day i arrived, with my wife following on our family van, did they say "for next time, you can give us a heads up and we can set you up with a loaner vehicle...." really, it would've been nice if we had known that before driving up with two vehicles for 1 1/2 hours each way. Finally, to make matters worse, in the words of the sales team, "our hands our tied about the Navigation system/Backup Camera, Radio, passenger window" "unless service has a magic wand" we can't do the fix without charge. In the words of the service team "your talking to the wrong guy, we only do what we are approved by the sales team" .................EXCUSE ME. Sales & Service job is to get the folks needed to evaluate this and to bring it to resolution, doesn't not matter where the fall out is or what was missed by who or when. the teams are not working period. too much finger pointing and no one taking ownership/responsibility for resolution. We just handed Kayser over $30,000 check that our family saved for years and Kayser couldn't fix a few issues that maybe were a couple hundred bucks? Additionally it wasn't even 2 days, before all these issues were noted and when I brought it to their attention I heard a comment that the vehicle wasn't that way when we took it off the lot. So you think we are going to spend over 30,000, to get us closer to a family goal then sabotage our own vehicle 2 days later?? We are insulted quite frankly feel wronged, lied to and borderline robbed. We were informed that Jim - the manager - was going to call us...we never received a call from Jim, but to spare him, it is best that we do not. We waited long enough to tell him personally, we are now going to tell everyone on social media...not to mention that my in-laws are on the Rotary Club & historically worked with the Oconomowoc board. so we will be sharing our distasteful experience with Kayser. My wife and I participate in many of the local events and they will hear of it as well every-time anyone asks me where we got our truck. Do not get me wrong, everyone at Kayser was friendly/nice, beautiful people...but professionally they fell short and sadly while I was there I heard another customer walking out upset staying "this happen the last time i purchased a car from here". The most honest person was our contracts servicer Steve Slayton, everything he explained and stated has held factual, but I would not trust anyone else nor would I go back to Kayser or recommend them. They fixed the service light/code issue, after much hassle, but never even looked or followed up on the other list of concerns. I vote with my hard earned dollars and work with folks I can trust. Reputation is everything and Kayser is off my list. Farewell. More

Then Before visiting KAYSER Chrysler Center of Watertown the dealerships we visited had limited inventory, limited knowledge, and limited enthusiasm. Then we phoned Kayser Center and scheduled an appointment with Derek. When we arrived, Derek greeted us at the door and spent hours answering our many questions and showing us trucks that matched our needs. We soon settled on a few possibilities and after a discussion of rebates and financing options we were on our way to purchase a great truck at a fair price. Derek was enthusiastic, gave us his full attention and answered all our RAM related questions. We were very happy dealing with Derek and his help in finding the right truck for our needs. More

I was impressed by his professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge, and patience. He cheerfully answered every one of my innumerable questions and his price beat all the competition. When I arrived for pickup, Glen made sure my new Jeep was 100% ready to go and that I had all the accessories I ordered. Before I drove off, he took time to set up my Uconnect system defaults and phone and to make sure I understood all the critical features. Steve Slayton was equally personable and very efficient in working out financials and completing paperwork. He took time to help me understand extended warranty options and made sure I was aware of key contacts for future questions. I would highly recommend this dealership and Glen and Steve specifically to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. My observation is that they conduct themselves very ethically and they adhere to an exceptionally high standard of work. More

Great first time purchase. Was more than pleased with my time spent at Kayser Chrysler. Jamie went out of his way explaining the two vehicles that I was looking at. Great test Was more than pleased with my time spent at Kayser Chrysler. Jamie went out of his way explaining the two vehicles that I was looking at. Great test drive wasn't just around the block like other dealers. Found the trucks on the internet and reached out and had great communication via emails and phone calls. Entire process was seamless from start to finish. Thanks again Jamie, and the rest of the staff! More
