Walked away from a purchase with the check and title to my trade in on the table. This was an etremley disappointing experience with Kastner Honda. The salesperson that I had was unfortunately pretty good with misleading and omissions in critical information. I spent a lot of time and driving to this location and thought that everything was done, only to find out that due to omissions by the sales representative I was going to have to surrender substantial value in the Ridgeline I was purchasing (This was a dealer owned Ridgeline with low mileage), and this was after navigating through several misleading representations on other issues he had already made. I have made many purchases through Honda Dealerships, some can be reviewed on this site. They have always been positive experiences with excellent relationships after the sale. This experience was probably was the most troubling and frustrating of my car buying endeavors. I can not recommend Kastner Honda. More

Went in for service thinking it would take all day. Had my car service and left with a vacuum and a car wash. This saved me a trip to the car wash. Not interested in making a sale on a Saturday Don’t bother coming here to buy a car. Came here thinking that they would come down some on the car we were interested in. Trying to say they paid retail for the car at an auction. They must have thought I was stupid. The car was work 20K on a trade in maybe 21 and they claim they paid 24+ Highly doubtful. They let us walk, but it was a Saturday night and the guy helping us seemed like he had somewhere else to be. He even took a phone call on the test drive n told whoever he might not being going out that night. Very unprofessional. Will never come back to this stealership again. Definitely won’t be recommending to anyone I know. This place did everything wrong. Too bad there’s not a no star option. Congratulations Katsner, you have gain a lifetime non customer! Smh More

Excellent Repair and Maintenance I'm a service customer. I live in Petaluma. I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on I'm a service customer. I live in Petaluma. I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on my 2006 Pilot. My car has over 300,000 miles on it. It usually only needs routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions, it has needed repairs, due to mistreatment of the car. Danise and the mechanics that do the work that she orders do their work quickly, neatly and accurately. They get it right the first time, every time. Danise is courteous, efficient and very reliable. She goes out of her way to make the service convenient. Thank you Danise.
