I purchased a 2004 chevy Impala from Karz Plus my credit is very bad due to a divorce- so I could afford a high millage vehicle-the warranty was 30days and my car broke down after 60 days--I called Craig an is very bad due to a divorce- so I could afford a high millage vehicle-the warranty was 30days and my car broke down after 60 days--I called Craig and I was directed to call Alex---who is a very nice and handsome mechanic(I am divorced;lol)I went to his place and he fixed my vehicle in 4hours and told me to have a nice day without charge. I appriciate his gesture and service. I recommend this place to everyone in need of a car. More

Kars Plus does seem like they scheme a lot of customers probably, but so far they have been decent for me. I am one of those customers mentioned in one of the above reviews that they tend to prey on. I know my car payment is too high and I paid too much for the Monte Carlo I drive from there. But so far I have had no MAJOR problems with the vehicle. I can tell after the fact that it may have been in an accident, but I don't EVEN want to see that for a fact on CARFAX because that will really hurt my feelings lol... I bought a Volkswagen Beetle from them originally and it did not give me any MAJOR problems, but several minor ones...luckily I had a good mechanic at that time. After I kept the Beetle for a couple of years, they allowed me to trade it in for the Monte Carlo...it was a fairly easy process, and my payment stayed basically the same for a much higher end and newer vehicle with less miles. I am in quite a bit of debt with Kars Plus right now, but, my credit rating is very poor, and when you have that mark against you, sometimes you have no choice but to deal with places like them. Sad, but true. Before I went to Kars Plus, I had tried to purchase a vehicle from several higher end dealerships, but was denied each time, and every time you apply for credit, we all know that knocks a couple of points off you rating...so I had to do what I had to do! My heart goes out to any of you that have had major issues with Kars Plus, and I am knocking on wood as I type. Despicable operation that needs to be looked into and shut down. They deliberately sell cars that will fall apart and break down with the first few months of having it. They prey upon there vulnerable clientele. The people at KarzPlus are only there because they have little to no other alternative. Typically low income with poor credit and this dealership depends on its clients lack of knowledge and funds to keep themselves in business. Do NOT go here, they are crooks. I will be doing all I can to contact Turko and make this terrible, dishonest, place be known for what it is. My car was in the shop the first month I had it and they refused to honor the warranty claiming it was my fault the engine is no good. I have had this cars less than six months and have barely put any miles on it because it has been at THEIR shop the entire time! More

we went to karz plus to get a used car and we didn't have good credit. they financed the car but then at the end changed what we had been told after we signed the paperwork. Then when we said we would not do what they were asking they said well just take the car its not our problem. Once we got it home things just got dramatically worse. The car had had body work done by an idiot, glue and bondo everywhere. Whole brackets gone and other pieces being held together with 3" screws and no brackets. When they were notified about this their response was nothing just nothing did deny it just said nothing we can or will do. This group is a vicious group of lairs trying to screw with people just because they have had credit problems and could care less whether it gets someone hurt or worse. Stay very far away. More

I drove allllllll the way down to Escondido from Rancho Cucamonga, about 90 miles, just to purchase from them. When I got there the salesman acted like I was bothering him. Showed me 2 cars. An old van, and a suv with 115,000 miles on it! He was so rude to me, I mean RUDE!!! He said "thats all we got, you need more money, sorry come back later if your still interested" What's funny about the situation, is that I was honestly willing to put down up to $2,500. But after the nasty way he was acting, I wouldn't give him a dime!! I went over to another dealer in my neighborhood. They treated me great! In fact, I'm friends with the sales manager now! I gave the $1,800 and drove off with a TIGHT black Ford Expedtion!!! It's 9 passengers and the bomb!! So take that you KAR LOSERS!!!! More

Purchased 2001 Ford Expedition, We were promised air conditioner to be fixed and air shocks pump fixed. Also, tires were warped and worn and out of balance. These problems were promised to be fixed. Air pump stayed noisey, Air conditioner worked for a week and again no cold air (still not working) tires still warped. (Had to buy New tires $700) Eventually, they denied our welcome and we were asked not to come back, for they would not do any more. This vehicle was at their shop for the first Four Months, almost the whole time !!! While we were there, several people in line for vehicle repairs and all very dissatisafied !
