Karp Volvo was the fourth Volvo dealership that I spoke to/went to. After being treated poorly by the other dealerships, I wondered how this dealership would be different. I was approached by Frank Moscati, who proceeded to answer all of my questions and actually portrayed true respect, which I appreciated (being a woman). I was not pushed into making a decision, but did end up leasing my XC60 that day and had a pick-up date scheduled.
