Craig Graber the leasing agent could not do enough for me he drove me to drop off my lease car and we road back in my new Kia and he showed me all the features and explained how to use them. Al and Craig made me feel like family. And I got a BIG RED BOW on my car to boot!!! Thank You Guys More
Our salesman Craig was very courteous and professional. He made himself available to any questions we had concerning our new purchase. Upon picking up our new Soul, he explained all the features the car had to offer and helped me set up my bluetooth phone and ipod. He even followed up with a phone call after picking up the car to see how we liked it and if we had any more questions regarding the features of this vehicle. I see why Diane loves dealing with Craig,treating us like family. No pressure at all. His manager Al was very personanable and knowledgeable regarding the Kia products. He was concerned about our satisfaction regarding our purchase and made himself available to any questions we had pertaining to the Soul. He also went over servicing schedules for our new Soul. Unlike other dealerships, Al came out on the floor and talked with us, making us feel very comfortable. He treated us with respect and made us feel right at home. Karp's finance manager Todd was very helpful in clearly explaining the additional products that were available but certainly did not pressure us into purchasing any. He was very informative and professional and addressed our needs. Our overall experience was a positive one and we would certainly recommend Karp to our family, friends and co-workers. THANKS to the Karp team for letting me drive away with a Big Smile :) on my face. More
Went to Karp Auto to purchase a used Kia Sportage and met Mr. Audley Bullock. The transaction went smoothly. The price was fair and he did not try to talk me into taking out a loan when I told he I was paying cash. I had experience with dealers who would charge more if paying cash by telling you that the internet advertised price is for financed purchase only. There were a couple of cosmetic problems with the car and he promised to fix them which he did when I went to take the car. There was a problem with the windshield, a crack, which probably happened after inspection was done, but he got approval for me to replace the whole windshield and reimbursed me the cost. His manager, Tim, was very graceful when he handed me the check for the cost of the windshield. It was a positive shopping experience and I would certainly recommend this dealer if one is looking for a car, either used or new. Audley is one of the nicest auto sales peraon that I have the pleasure of dealing with and I have purchased many cars the past 30 years. More
I walked into Karp Kia as anyone would,unsure about how the day was going to go. I was greeted by Tony Barone who sat with me and listened about what I was looking for, (2011 optima EX). After our conversation Tony quoted me a price for a lease and I was stunned. I thought I would be paying what I was for a base model, I got a loaded optima turbo for a steal in my book. Tony is a true gentleman, from start to finish it was all about honesty, no pressure and no games with Tony. I have never left a dealership with a new car and felt good about my lease until I met the staff at Karp, ( I have leased many cars before and felt ripped off at other dealerships}. I still can't believe I and driving this caliber of a car for what I am paying per month. I feels good to know that there are still honest dealerships in the world and I will be returning to Karp in the future. More

We needed to replace our 2006 Kia Sedona that was totaled in a flood. When we called Karp we were looking for a used Sedona. Our car was an EX model and we knew that it would be difficult to get a new Sedona in a flood. When we called Karp we were looking for a used Sedona. Our car was an EX model and we knew that it would be difficult to get a new Sedona EX for the same payment we had before. In speaking to Craig he said the new LXs had some new features that were worth seeing and he would be willing to work with us on the price. He was knowledgable about the car and his inventory. Because our home was flooded as well, we were dealing with alot. Craig was sensitive to our time and made the entire process so easy. He was a pleasure to work with. I went to Mike Rosenberg with the understanding that he was the best of the best and he did not disappoint. I did all of my research and came ready to do business. My wife was in an accident last week and her car got totaled so we needed a new one ASAP. Was really interested in the Kia Sorento. Mike literally jumped through hoops to show us 3 different cars that were buried in their lot. When we found the one we wanted, Mike, Todd, and the rest of the team there worked tirelessly to get us the best deal possible while our new ride was being prepped to better than new condition. We drove out a few hours later with a great ride, got a great deal, and were happy to be welcomed to the Karp family. Mike will recite the owner's manual to you if you let him. I placed a deposit on a 2012 sorento. When i was to pick up delivery on Sept 11, 2011. I noticed paint chipped and an attempt to cover up with touch up paint. I told salesperson Adda .
