Brought my car in to fix the power steering. The car ran fine. Now it "shakes & rattles louder than if the radio were on as high as it goes" according to the service guy. It's been over 6 weeks and still no clue what's wrong with it and I can't get anyone to return my call or explain the issue. If I actually get through to a person, they say they will look into it and get back to me but they never do. More

In my case they would not release my car unless I paid the diagnosis fee, which at first they told me was $229, then tried to hand me paperwork saying $299. He told me "oh my mistake.", if I get in details about what happened to me, it would take 500 words at least. The rep who took care of me, name starts with A. I wont give his name cause I dont want to embarrass him, was so hardheaded, he wouldnt answer my questions, when I asked him what he would do if he were in my shoes. I refused to have work done by them . And I'm not getting it done, cause it was Kia's fault for not properly installing sensors. My car is brand new, one year old. 2021 sorrento sport. So they are gonna pay. Then he sends me a text to give him a positive review 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Do me a favor and do it for yourself, Do not use them, go to any other dealer, but not them. More
