I brought my new Buick to the Service Dept for the application of the treatment to protect the exterior and interior of the car. I dropped the car off as per my appointment and they called later in t application of the treatment to protect the exterior and interior of the car. I dropped the car off as per my appointment and they called later in the afternnon to say it was ready. When I arrived, they handed me the completed paperwork but the work was not performed. Evidently, the car sat on the lot all day and was never sent to the detailing area down the street. If I had washed the car as I had originally intended, I might never have discovered that the work was never performed. I have had other problems with this service center in the past. While the dealership is wonderful, the service dept. is lacking. More

I stopped in and met Adda, very friendly and proffessional not pushy and let the Verano speak for it's self. As we stated on the phone Adda took me through the numbers and I dont know how but she was able to stay within my budget no other sales person was able to do what she did. I had visited serveral dealerships and I can say that Karp Buick was the best and they and Adda has gained a customer for life, I will recomend family and friends to Karp Buick. More
