Craig Graber helped me find a great 2015 Buick Regal Premium II. It's a beautiful car with tons of features and drives incredibly smooth. Besides loving the car, I was extremely pleased with how Craig and his associates were able to get the best price as well as explain all car's the features. They had a big white board congratulating me for my purchase the day I picked it up and took a bunch of pictures for their wall. Even after I drove off the lot, they followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Craig and everyone at Karp Buick were great. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. More

Work With Adda Sjoberg REVISED Recently, I had visited the KARP Buick Dealership in Rockville Center, NY to look at the Buick Encore. All too often we take time to write negative re Recently, I had visited the KARP Buick Dealership in Rockville Center, NY to look at the Buick Encore. All too often we take time to write negative reviews and tend to forget to bring out positives. In my review I have both positive and negative. First my positive experiences working with car salesperson Adda Sjoberg. Before meeting Adda I was cheerfully greeted by Kathy in the Service Department. Already a previous customer of KARP I can say that Kathy has this wonderful attitude no matter when I’m there. My experience with her began via the KARP Buick website. The reasons I chose to work with a salesperson at this Dealership in this way was due to a bad experience with another salesperson, Craig. Adda communicated via email for a few days and eventually we came to an agreement on a price for the car. Once we agreed on a price it was then time to go back to the Dealership to check the car and leave a deposit. Once the car checked out as being the one wanted she then took the deposit and scheduled a time the next day for delivery and final payment. For the delivery of the car Adda came into the office on her day off and spent a good amount of time closing the sale and then explaining all of the features of the car including how to use the GPS, radio and other items in the vehicle including setting up my cell phone with the Bluetooth. She was very knowledgeable of this Encore and its options. Based on my experiences with Adda, I would not even think about going to any other salesperson at that location which brings me to the negative portion of my review. First let me start by saying if you are approached by Craig Graber that you should run as fast as you can away from him. Upon meeting Adda for the first time I explained my dissatisfaction with Craig and that I wanted to work solely with her. A few days after delivery, I wrote a letter to Ellen Karp explaining my dissatisfaction with Craig. Ellen and I spoke today (11/13/14) and resolved the issues, therefore I upgrade my satisfaction with KARP customer service. In my view, Adda earned 100% credit for this sale and I wanted her to be recognized as such.. More
Great Experience My husband went online to locate a Buick Encore that I wanted to get for myself. He sent inquires to couple of dealers in NY and NJ. Two days later w My husband went online to locate a Buick Encore that I wanted to get for myself. He sent inquires to couple of dealers in NY and NJ. Two days later we received a message from Internet Manager Craig Graber with pictures of all available Encores at Karp Buick Rockville Center. We went to see a car on Sunday, and the next day I was driving home my beautiful Encore! From the moment we arrived at Karp Buick we were welcomed with a friendly and warm reception. The sale was smooth and pleasant. Mr. Graber was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and did everything possible to meet our needs. We are very pleased we are with this dealership. More
