Service Department Rocks When it's warm outside and no snow on the ground, I like to change the oil and filter in my 4runner. But I really can't bring myself to crawl under a snow-dripping car and spend an afternoon getting soaked. That's when I bring my oil and filter into Sawtooth Ford and let them put it up on the rack and service it. They also keep track of brakes and other maintenance items. Great job guys! More

UPDATED REVIEW I prefer to shop locally but this dealer was the only dealer that had the exact truck I wanted! I made the trip from Montana and at the time they were fair to work with. Fair enough for me to spend $36,000.00 on pickup! When I purchased the vehicle I made it known that I MUST have a spare key!!!! The key was not available at the time of purchase but I was told by Kurt the General Manager "not to worry, I know the person that traded this truck in prior to you purchasing it. I will DEFINITELY get you the spare key" Since that day I have personally contacted Kurt on three different occasions via telephone.... over and over I was told don't worry I'm gonna get that key to you... I have tried contacting Brandon the owner and I'm told he does not have a voicemail and they refuse to give me his number or put me in contact with him, instead they will "put a note in front of him to contact me ASAP" this is where the update begins, after posting these reviews the owner contacted me. This was nice to see that these reviews do make some sort of difference for the customer. Anyway, they never did track the key down but they did pay for another key to be made, and provided me with a check to make up for the time and stress I went through because I did not have a spare key (long story...). This was great! up until the point when Kurt proceeded to call me a liar during our conference call with Kurt, Brandon, and myself. This only made the situation worse for me! To be called a Liar! kurt saying "I never said I knew the guy that traded in that truck in, your lying about that"..... what are you thinking? if that was the case why would I ever ask you repeatedly to get me a spare key and you repeatedly told me "I called, or I texted, or oh I got ahold of him but he's on vacation, he's gonna search his entire house when he gets back" KURT if I am lying then it would simply be my fault that I didn't have a spare key and there is no way your company would be responsible! Unbelievable! it is for this reason Kurt and Brandon that I still do not recommend this dealer to anyone! Thank you for paying for a spare key that I was promised, and thank you for the money that aided in retrieving the vehicle, but you simply don't call your customers liars!!! More
