Judy has the best demeanor and works so well with people. We had an instant connection! It is very clear that Judy has been in the business for many, many years. She is professional & knowledgeable about the cars she sells. She made me feel confident that I was making the right purchase. Not once did I feel pressured by her. Because I purchased a used car, the original mats were not included. Judy made sure I had the appropriate mats and had them shipped to my home via express mail so I had them the same week. Judy and her team are customer service oriented and they aim to please. In all the cars I’ve purchased throughout the years, Judy has made this the best experience thus far, hands down. I highly recommend purchasing from her. She is truly a professional & will treat you with respect. You will be impressed just like I was. More

All the sales people there were very polite and made sure that we were taken care of. More than I can say about our experience at the Lexus Dealership down the road on 41. Judy Powell was amazing. She took the time to talk to us and address all our questions and brought in the experts if needed to make sure we were well informed before we made the decision. We were so nervous when it came time to negotiate, but she made us feel very comfortable and the negotiations were done over 3 sentences back and forth to the best price we could find among 4 dealerships (including True Car Estimates). Sam did a quick walk through of about 15% of the critical items and we will be going back for an hour tutorial this Wednesday (immersion session). Scott the Finance person walked through the closing like a pro that he is and made the overall experience an enjoyable one. Great to have such dealerships where service is their motto and they practice it diligently. More
