When we did select our new X1, our transaction was handled promptly and efficiently. Best of all, we were given the most thorough and informative tutorial by Genius Luke Wojtas who will also provide an additional tutorial again in a few weeks, if we so desire. I have a whole new positive outlook about car buying after my purchase today. Previous dealerships I've dealt with could all take lessons from Bob and Luke at Knauz. More
