I was able to negotiate online and also view trade in values., I was also able to look at the CARFAX for the pre-owned model I wanted. I followed up with a phone call after Knauz emailed me and was connected with BOB GEISHEKER- he understood my needs and did not try and sell me what he wanted- but what I WANTED. He made the process so very easy and pleasurable. and many thanks to Scott...and the new KNAUZ "Genius Young Man" who explained how my car's bells and whistles worked. Start to finish- 24 hours from finding my car to driving away with it. He was more than helpful and friendly so I drove over an hour, passing other BMW dealers on the way to see the car. Sold. Next was finance. Scott walked me straight through everything without issue nor BS. The best finance experience I have had. Finally, Sam spent some time with me going over the car. He covered the car bumper-to-bumper, inside and out, all while being patient and with an enthusiasm which would make one think it was him taking the car home. Seriously; this was a great experience and totally worth the drive. More
