I would recommend him to anyone if you do not want unnecessary pressure when you are shopping for a car. I felt so comfortable that I did not even shop around to compare pricing. Then when I took delivery of the new car, they assigned BMW genius Sam Picchietti to walk me through all the features of the car. Sam was so helpful that I do not need to refer to the user manual at all. Overall, great customer service at Knauz. More
