We were greeted by Bob Geisheker. Bob was impressive right from the start. We sat down and he asked if there were any particular models we were interested in and what features were important to us. Bob pulled up a list of cars and we proceeded to choose one to test drive. After the test drive and decision to buy, Bob then connected us with Sam Picchietti, BMW Genius. Sam went over all the features, helped set up the phones and made sure all our questions were answered. In addition to Bob & Sam, the rest of the staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to appreciate our business. I definitely recommend Knauz BMW and Bob Geisheker. We love our new car and are looking forward to years of great driving. More

Doug completed the financing piece and the dealership's best kept secret, Sam, was so enthusiastic with his knowledge and infectious love of the brand that I want to come back for more - which we agreed to set up right after the holiday and if I'm being honest, I feel like a kid with a new toy. I can't wait to learn more about the function of this brilliant machine. The X3 M Sport is a great little car and is a bit of a carbon black wolf in sheep's clothing with 300 bhp hidden under a cool design to give this old guy a chance to keep up with the kids out there as needed. I recommend Knauz BMW without hesitation. More

Dave Benck is one of the best salespersons we have worked with in any business; and he is one of the primary reasons we keep going back to Knauz. Jeremy Znidersic in Service is also outstanding. We discovered this time that Knauz now has an Apple-style "genius bar". We are working with Sam Picchietti, and he is proving to be exceptionally knowledgeable, and very responsive. I expect that we will be speaking with him several times over the coming weeks as we get familiar with the technology of the new X5. More
