Wow! Best car buying experience ever. After reading numerous negative reviews about the BMW dealers in Milwaukee, the positive reviews written about Knauz BMW led my wife and I to trek the After reading numerous negative reviews about the BMW dealers in Milwaukee, the positive reviews written about Knauz BMW led my wife and I to trek the hour south from Milwaukee and take a look for ourselves. We were greeted by Bob Geisheker. Bob was impressive right from the start. We sat down and he asked if there were any particular models we were interested in and what features were important to us. Bob pulled up a list of cars and we proceeded to choose one to test drive. After the test drive and decision to buy, Bob then connected us with Sam Picchietti, BMW Genius. Sam went over all the features, helped set up the phones and made sure all our questions were answered. In addition to Bob & Sam, the rest of the staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to appreciate our business. I definitely recommend Knauz BMW and Bob Geisheker. We love our new car and are looking forward to years of great driving. More
